Become empowered to embrace challenges and transitions with excited expectations of new possibilities and seize your invitation to step into new opportunities for you decisively. Through my integrative coaching combining therapy also, and by doing the exercises I will work through with you each week, you will gradually take steps toward achieving your goal and grow in confidence as you see your reinvention come to fruition. How it works: I will coach you on the 12 pillars of reinventing yourself. Each week will work through 1 pillar and you will have a workbook to use to reflect on, readjust and plan the areas we discuss in each of our sessions. The workbooks consist of carefully curated questions for deep self reflection and practical tasks for accountable action taking which must be completed each week as we will have weekly reviews of your new insights to help you consolidate and integrate your transformation. This is a practical experience with immediate clarity from the start. You will complete this program with clear directions for your future, a created the new version of yourself and be equipped with steps to continue in the right direction. In this REINVENTION program I will practically help you become the newer and better version of yourself. This program is for you if: -Perhaps you want to make a big life change, such as start a new career, transitioning in an area of your life, relocate or start or end a relationship etc but feel stuck or indecisive. -Or you want to make small changes within – perhaps find new hobbies and interests – to challenge you and help you live a more contented and fulfilled life. -or Perhaps you don’t even know yet what you want to reinvent – you just know that you want something to change – and that’s fine too because clarity is one of the key outcomes of this program.
